How to use this product?

1.Apply proper amount of eye cream or essence to your eyes to make your skin moist.

2.Gently slide the massage head, lift and massage the skin around the eyes, repeat 15-20 times.

Note:when holding the main body of the product and the massage head contacts the skin, start to work, and stop working when you leave.

3.Press the massage head gently to improve the absorption of eye cream or essence. Each point stays for about 10 seconds, repeat 2-3 times.

4.You can also massage the cheek, chin and other parts according to the above operation method.
You can use the lifting technique to make your skin better.
(Tip: the massage head can be rotated to the front, which is more convenient)

5.After use, wipe the massage head with a clean cloth, wet towel (or alcohol cotton)

About charging

1. Insert the USB terminal into customer's USB charging head with 5V output, and direct the Type-C charge head to the charging column at the bottom of the product, which will automatically carry out magnetic suction charging regardless of direction;

3. When the indicator light is always on, the battery is full;

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

RETURN + REFUND POLICY

Due to the limited nature of the items we offer exchanges only and no refunds. Our return policy lasts until 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at support@laurilove.com and we will be able to assist you. For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error. 





CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@laurilove.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@laurilove.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
